A: Head is pure white, fluffy/cloudy but still somewhat creamy looking. Color is the same as any other DIPA these days (hazy yellow color). Head retention is pretty good and there is a little lacing. 4.25
S: Medium to strong nose of unripened pineapples, mangoes and litchi. The Nelson Sauving notes are quite strong in this one. No residual sugars. 4
T: Medium to strong taste of unripened pineapples, mangoes and strong litchi. A little rosewater and thai basil. Fresh, fruity, floral and herbal. 4.25
M: Pretty light without being fluffy and a little sticky. 3
O: This is a very solid and original release from a new (to me at least) brewery. Definitely recommended for DIPA fans. 4
