Milky yellow in colour, the liquid is completely opaque. The head is white, fine to medium-bubbled, high and persistent. It clearly "stains" the glass.
The aroma is intense, hoppy - fruity, perfumed (in a positive sense). It gives the impression that the liquid has been saturated with a large amount of citrus fruit peel oils, it seems to be sharp and even spicy.
The taste is minimally sweet with a very strong, rough, zesty bitterness. The bitterness is long and seems to become stronger and sharper from moment to moment.
The alcohol is perfectly hidden. Full-bodied. The texture is soft, smooth and velvety slippery. The aftertaste is very long, zesty and dry.
