Golden yellow in color with near perfect clarity. Poured with a moderate, creamy, bright white foam with medium retention. Fresh bready malt aroma with a hint of sour dough. No hop aromas. Medium light bodied with medium carbonation and a soft, delicate feel. Pilsner malt flavors with light bready notes. Earthy, mellow herbal hop flavor with medium light bitterness. Herbal and bready malt flavors slowly taper to a clean finish. Malty characters are brilliantly balanced with subtle earthy, hop flavors and bitterness. The finish is incredibly clean and easy. Delicate, flavorful, clean and fantastic. So glad to see local breweries making classic, underrated styles.
