A Double IPA that is dry-hopped with Galaxy and Citra. We used oats to add body, Galaxy is the dominate hop in this IPA. Expect pineapple, tropical fruit, and passion fruit!

Pours an opaque, pale straw golden. About 2 fingers of foamy head reducing to a nice ring and soapy lacing. Aroma is pineapple, grapefruit, other assorted citrus, and bitter hop. Taste follows suit with a delightful pine undertone. Feel is very creamy and smooth, lended by the oats I assume. Delicious.
