On tap at the brewery.
Golden yellow, thick white head.
Bread, corn, light grass, pepper on the nose.
Pretty well balanced taste between malt and hops.
Overall a decent representation of the style.

Warwick Farm Brewing "Czech Pils"
$6/pint on tap at the brewery on 03/26/22
Look: Slightly hazy deep gold in color beneatha short head of white foam. Average head retention and lacing. (All beers are served in plastic cups).
Smell: Limited aroma for the style - there's malt there but it's lacking in hops.
Taste: The hops missing from the aroma are present in the flavor and it's got some spicy and herbal hops threaded through a lightly grainy Pilsner malt base. A stiff, median bitterness leads it to a dry finish.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp.
Overall: It's a good beer but not a great Czech Pils.
