Pours a hazy orange with two-plus fingers of yellowed head. Rocky dissipation leaves behind a solid cap and thick lacing.
Orange, underripe pineapple and pepper in the nose.
Muted flavors of pineapple and citrus Strawburst-like chewy candies. A kiss of sugary sweetness in that regard. Then a hint of pine or grass on the backend, with a relatively clean finish for the style.
Medium bodied with a soft, slow building fizz.
There’s something about the sweet taste with a semi-dry finish that’s just a little different; and uniqueness is a quality I appreciate in a NEIPA these days.
