A true favorite of Warwick Farm Brewing. A seasonal Belgian that comes out once a year! We took our base Belgian Tripel recipe and added our favorite tart cherries!

Pours a mostly clear cranberry juice color with decent effervescence and three fingers of pink-tan head. Thick lacing.
Big, soapy Belgian yeast aroma. Some banana. Just the slightest hint of cherry.
Cherry cough syrup is added to the soap and banana in the taste. A touch of tart cherry juice in the finish.
Syrupy, viscous with slow-building, but strong, carbonation.
Fun enough. Doesn’t hold its own against any of the classics, but not bad for a younger brewery not known for its Belgian style beers.
