8 oz pour in a tulip glass. Look is deep, rich brown almost black. Off white head is minimal to start then disappears. Smell is bourbon barrel, cocoa, some coffee. Taste is sweet throughout with coffee and bourbon up front. Some cocoa and slight nuttiness in finish. Feel is medium bodied, no carbonation, and smooth on the tongue. Overall, this is a really nice beer with some rich flavors that round out nicely as it warms.
