This is quite possibly our favorite lager that we brew. German Munich dominates the flavor and is supplemented by toasted and chocolate malts. The name of this beer stems from the brewery's favorite Uncle... Hunkle Jeff.

On tap at the brewery into a plastic cup.
Pours a dark reddish brown with about one finger of light tan head. Ok retention and lacing.
Roasted malts, light smoke and coffee aromas.
Roasted grain, light coffee, caramel flavor.
Light-bodied, medium carbonation. Charred aftertaste.
Very nice lighter winter beer.
