S-Ripe stone fruit of peach, apricot and plum fragrance. Wonderful honey and brown sugar aroma from the malt bill
M-Medium carbination and a peppery feel on the tongue with each sip. Full juicy body and luscious mouthfeel
T-Sweet and delicate upfront with citrus pith bitterness that is smooth and well balanced
O-Outstanding representation from our ancestral nobles from the Mohawk community. Thank you.
