A-Murky yellow with some white head that lingers, not sure if this was meant to be hazy or not
S-The aroma is of burnt hair, off musk and sour, almost rancid acidity
M-Medium carbonation with a watery body
T-Acidic flavour that is not very pleasant with a sour bitterness
O-I am not sure what is happening with this brewery but this is the third beer I’ve had this week from them that is not up to previous standards. It is almost as if the tanks holding sour beer are being used to brew the regular stuff as everything is sour, tart and just off. Please go back to basics!!
