Our take on a classic English style. Brewed 100% with malts from Quebec, balanced with English hops & fermented with English yeast, this beer displays a beautiful marriage of flavours like caramel, fresh bread, and hints of spice.

Had on tap. Murky orangey amber body with a finger of beige foam. Smell and taste are clones: toasty and earthy malts and yeast give brown bread and mild toasted caramel accents, finish has a kiss of darker spice and mild hops. Fuller but lighter body, but not much else going on, has a hint of roast texture though none detected in smell or taste
