Pours a fairly clear yellow with fine, wispy head.
Smell is tart and floral with notes of apple sauce, citrus and pear juice.
Taste is tart and crisp with notes of apple peels, pear juice, citrus and some pineapple.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very interesting and refreshing Berliner.
