Pours a hazy yellow with soft, soapy head.
Smell is fruity with a soft, phenolic yeastiness. Notes of banana, banana cany and hints of cloves and apricots.
Taste is fruity and crisp with a fine yeastiness and soft bitterness. Notes of banana, apricots, cloves and wheat dough.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific, summery hefe.
