Pours a fairly clear yellow with soapy head.
Smell is bready and crisp and clean. Slightly fruity with notes of yeast, citrus, rye, knäckebröd and wheat dough.
Taste is bready, crackery, crisp and clean. Notes of citrus, wheat dough and knäckebröd. A bit herbal with a solid bitterness and some yeasty hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, clean kellerbier.
