A Rauchbier brewed with German beech-smoked malt. Amber coloured like a Vienna, with a malty body balanced by the smoky notes from the wood.

Pours a clear amber with fine, soapy head.
Smell is bready and smoky with notes of knäckebröd, smoked ham, citrus and toast.
Taste is rich and bready with a subtle smokiness and moderate bitterness. Notes of toast, knäckebröd, citrus and rye and some sweetness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, subtle smoked beer.
