16oz can, hopped with Citra/Strata/Simcoe, poured into a Sam Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy straw gold with a fluffy white head.
S: Strata and Citra pop on the nose with tropical fruit and juicy citrus...pineapple and herbal-sweet dankness.
T: Palate falls flat for me with a creamy, smooth hoppy quality blended with grainy malt, mild orange and lemon. Finishes clean but without much flavor or anything else.
MF: Very low bitterness, lighter side of medium-bodied.
O: The nose was pleasant, I have been seeking out Strata-hopped brews because I really enjoy that particular tropical strain. However the flavors were pretty bland.
