Pours a clear pale golden color with plenty of foam in the Belle-Vue Gueuze glass. Spritzy and light mouthfeel. Slightly sweet, with a taste of biscuits and a touch of cornbread. Warm and toasty and maybe some rice in the nose. Overall this is a very pleasant lighter sort of brew with ample flavor. There is just a scratch of hoppy astringency in the aftertaste, which is quite welcome. From the 16 oz can purchased at Special Brews. No date.

16oz dimpled mug, served via side pull, at the source.

Clear, golden straw color, with a big, creamy, bone-white head. Spotty lace.

Slightly buttery-sweet aroma that I can't quite define, and a crackery malt scent.

Lightly bitter and dry tasting.

Light bodied, with a crisp, clean mouth feel.

A nice beer for a hot day.
