Billed as a Red IPA. Poured a muddy, copper-colored beer with good head and lace ring down the glass. Slight hop presence in aroma but more of a caramel, toffee maltiness. Mildly sweet caramel malt taste in addition to a good malt character which gives beers some heft; enough balance from a minimal/non-obtrusive citric hop taste in the backend and this is an easy to drink, malty amber ale with a decent hop presence.
