Poured a black body with minimal tan head that quickly died. The aroma is mild yet dominantly "meaty" thanks to bacon. Smooth beer, hides the ABV well, has a moderate sweetness thanks to some maple sugariness that is balanced by an undercurrent of meaty (bacony) dryness, but overall a sweeter stout that is a little muddled but worth trying.
