Poured from fridge temp. Pours a golden yellow with a minimal amount of head. Nose is wheat, a hint of lemon, some grass. The taste is really nice. Refreshing and mouth watering. A touch of toffee, candy, wheat, grass, and some tropical fruit. Overall, a really nice beer.

Deep golden, white foam.
Malty nose, like a bock should be, whit a light, pleasant spicy note.
More heavy taste, malty, again a light pepper. The alcohol is perceptible.
Average to high body, aftertaste with a malty base and some finish bitterness.

11.2oz bottle, best by 17:03:12, served in a shaker pint glass.
Appearance: Cloudy/Turbid amber-brown with some floaters/yeast sediment in it. No foam or lacing.
Smell: Hint of fruit, grape, caramel, herbal.
Taste: Initially sweet with fruit and grape flavors, then herbal and bitter with a distinct noble hop finish. A bit tea-like as well as the finish. A little medicinal and boozy as well.
Mouthfeel: Very little carbonation. Just a bit thicker than water.
Overall / Drinkability: The bottle label was entirely in German so I wasn't sure if the label was "bottled on" or "best before". Turns out it was best before and it shows. This beer didn't hold up well. Okay, but not good. I might be willing to try again if fresh.

I bought a 0.33l bottle while in Nurnberg (for €2.60) and enjoyed it as a nightcap at my hotel on 18SEP16.
Used a Teku glass to imbibe... Bier was a light golden color; somewhat cloudy and muted with fine, scattered carbo. Had a nice, bright 1/4" white head which ebbed to a fine, creamy layer with good stick. Nose was restrained, with some bready action and light fruit notes. Had a standard feel; medium body and fairly smooth.
Flavor was bready, too, with some crackery malt. Light fruit, pear, apple skins appeared with a touch of sweetness. Hopping was a smidge floral and slightly herbal. Not bad... Prosit!!

L: Mango honey color, no head, slight lacing
S: Bready, grassy, slight hints of honey, not to much of smell
T: tastes like smell with more flavor, it tastes very simple, only one or two flavors going on but well executed
F: Smooth and crisp, very nice
O: A simple beer yet very pleasing, a solid bock

Poured from a brown 11.2 oz. bottle. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is sweet, malty, some spices. Taste is malts, yeast, sweet, spices, complex, alcohol is well hidden. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a quality beer.

A: Poured from a bottle to a mug. Had a yellow color and a hazy texture. There was an inch of foamy head that lasted a fair amount of time. OK lacing.
S: A good, but not great aroma of hops, malt, and a grassy quality.
T: Tasted of spicy hops, malt, a grassy quality, and a slight tinge of wheat. The spiciness from the hops is a little overbearing, causing an almost medicinal quality to the flavor. Still, not bad.
M: A good amount of carbonation with a dry finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is one of those beers that is alright, but doesn't wow. Not bad and worth a try.

nice beer, good pale bock, hops aren't as prevalent as the label portends.
