Draft at the brewery
Creamy frothy head with moderate retention and lacing, semi hazy med golden honey color
Nose phenols up front, cover white pepper and spice, light doughy wheat, generic fruity esters and bubblegum, little candied banana
Taste doughy wheat and toasted grains, dry cereal and bready, more phenols light white pepper and clove spice, banana, bubblegum, fruity esters, light bitterness, drier finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med to a little higher fizzy carb
Petal not bad but not quite hefe style, a different take on it
