Burning Blush Brewery

Large freestanding warehouse building decorated with a gothic themed murals and massive oak communal tables with a "knights of the round table" table in the center of the room. Small service bar in the far right corner opposite the entrance, there is also a large grass patio area along the right side of the building. Much of the brewhouse is visible through glass from the taproom. A dozen beers on tap. Friendly bartender.

Our local friends brought us here on a Friday. The building is very eclectic and unique, yet very welcoming. Thier beer menu was small but selective, featuring many styles that aren't often found on an American craft brewery menu. All were very well made and representative of the style. Plenty of seating indoors, but also a large outdoor area that is great if you have children with you. I'd definitely come back.

 

Beautiful space with large wooden tables and benches. Art work and architecture is made to look medieval European. There's outdoor space as well. I had a very good Czech pils and my wife had a good tripel. The focus seemed to be on traditional styles, but they had a couple IPAs as well. It was quite slow on a Monday afternoon, but service was prompt and helpful. Will definitely stop in again.

THE best lagers I have ever had, and I'm not into lagers.

Food truck on site.

Large grassy area with several picnic tables. Large indoor seating area.

Choices run from juicy IPA to excellent lagers.

Good quality control on all beers we tried.

Stopped in on 3.1.2022 after picking up my order for the Sierra nevada alpha hop release. Figured I'd give it a try since I was in the area.
Decent sized indoor space but no bar seating; orders only. Capacity for maybe 50 inside Sprawling outdoor area, maybe 25 picnic tables and room for the kids to run. 12 tables on the porch. Food truck parked at Tuesday at 2:00. Maybe 10 patrons here so no real read on the vibe.
Quality of my Czech Lager is solid.
Service was good as the lady running the bar could recommend a beer and tell me they specialize in lagers.
Selection was 6 lagers and 6 ales...nice to see this many lagers plus 2 Belgian ales.
Overall worthy of a try!
