High Springs Brewing Company

 

Great new brewery in the small town of High Springs. Opened in July ‘19. The building is a repurposed welding shop with a huge grassy field area. Parking is plentiful, both in their lot and on the adjacent streets. Kid and dog friendly. They only have 10 taps (for now) and one is a cider from outside sources, and the remaining 9 are their own brews. The selection is varied, depending on their brew schedule, but there are two or three regular brews, the rest are rotating. There is definately something for most tastes. Wine is also available, and they make some craft soda for the non drinkers. No kitchen, but foodtrucks are usually there. The owners/brewers are very approachable and all staff is friendly and knowledgable. Excellent place to grab something delicious and enjoy the people and atmosphere.
