Great small batch example of the style.
Impressive in it's subtle hop presence and distinct pilsner character.
Pale yellow color, crystal clear with a low, bright white head.
Nobel hop aroma, biscuits fresh from the oven notes with a spritz of lemon on wildflowers..
Flavor is bright and crisp, spicy hop balanced by barely sweet lager malt.
Body is thin, which is okfine for style but leaves me wanting a bit more heft.
Finish is clean and European - great food compliment beer.
