Our Overdraft IPA is a session ale that piles on the hops but maintains a relatively low ABV. We utilized Pale and Honey malts and then add loads of hops during the brewing process for balance. We then infuse more hoppy goodness from Centennial, Citra, and Azacca directly into the fermenter for a very hop forward West Coast style IPA.

Taster flight at brewpub. Rich golden pour, patchy head, ring, lacing. Soft piney, hoppy aroma. Tadte is hoppy, fruity with a full malt backbone. Dry finish.

From a Crowler filled at the brewery.
A - Pours a nice, clear, copper color with light lacing and moderate carbonation.
S - Delicate caramel malt aroma with passion fruit, light tropical fruit, with a slight bit of spiciness.
T - Light malt base nips the tongue initially before getting completely crashed with a wall of piney bitterness along with some tropical fruit for the finish. Pine bitterness is intense and lingering on the backside. In the middle there's a slight bit of tropical and passion fruit that surfaces, but not for very long.
M - Big medium body with ever so slight thinness around the edges.
O - A solid middle of the road IPA that's neither memorable or terrible. Easy drinking with decent flavor and after all, that's most important in my book. My first beer from this brewery.
