Cask at Cask and Vine dry hopped with Falconer's Flight, Simcoe, and Centennial hops.
Slightly hazy red orange color with a decent head. Citrus pine earth and light fruit on the nose. Faint caramel bready maltiness. Good red ale.

Poured on-tap and served in a tumbler pint, the beer is a hazy, copper-red coloring with a sparse, foamy, off-white head. The nose is roasted grains and subtle malt sweetness. Flavors of caramel backbone with a resiny, spicy hops, both pepper and oregano. Grapefruit highlithgs throughout the palate. The aftertaste is slightly sweet, with a resiny blast of hops. The finish is bitter and clean, with a slick, resiny linger. Different, and very tasty.

A deep amber with a decent off-white head and a little lacing. Very nice in the glass.
Toasted malt and hop aromas. Also some real bready elements.
A bit more hop dominant than I expected, but this is clearly what drives this brew. Toasted malt, some light sweetness to balance out the hop bitterness, some yeasty/bready qualities as well. Decent clean finish. Overall, a very decent brew.
A little thinner than expected, but there are enough assertive qualities in the flavor that make up for this fact.
A pretty easy glass to drain. Great malt and hop balance. One of the better ones from Martha's.

Dark amber with a lasting head and some lace.
Typical of the aroma I get from my homebrews, which means that there's a strong yeast and hops presence.
Appropriately served at cellar temperature!!! This is the first time I've had this happen to me in the US. Starts as a malty beer but gives way to very highly hopped level. The aftertaste is strictly hops. There's a strong yeast flavor. Some strong esters--fruity but bitterly hoppy.
This was my favorite of the three beers I tried at Martha's Exchange. It was also the closest thing I've had to a traditional Bitter served in an English Pub.

Poured with a thick white head and light carbonation. Nice lacing.
Not much smell, maybe a little malt.
The flavor was nice, I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Maybe a little nutty, and a little roasted malt flavor.
The mouthfeel was light.
This is a very drinkable, very easy going beer.

A new offering at Martha's, replacing the Indian Head Red of the former brewer.... Medium-copper color, with a small, fine. lacy head... Slightly malty nose, with a hint of caramel... Body a tad thin (too bad), but still medium-smooth on your tongue. Flavor starts with some malty sweetness, albeit restrained, with some hoppy, bitter ending notes. Although not earth-shattering, easy to drink....
