Received a goblet of cider-colored brew. No clarity, great color, nice foamy head, good lacing. Note: This was listed as El Hefe Bock, a marriage of a hefe and a bock, but this is their Weizenbock. No need to add a beer here.
Terrific strong huge banana aromas. Some clove, toasted grain and alcohol as well.
Lots of fruit, wheat, spice, booze, and grain in the flavor. Sweet fruit, then toasted wheat, some yeast, a fruit soaked booze kick, light bitterness. They got this one right.
Not as mushy as others, but needs a little carbonation. Good body.
Overall, this would catch up after a couple. Tasty and refreshing, and easy to enjoy. Worth the try.

Served in a 12 oz. tulip glass
A crystal clear amber with fine, lacy, scattered head, a bit thin but plenty of it sticks around for a healthy, vibrant look.
The nose has big-time earthy spices, clove on banana's, white pepper with a yeastie must that seesm really complex. genetle but slightly sweet malt.
This one is a crispy, livly feeling hebal, spicey hop kick right off, add in even more complex yeast flavor's balanced with medium-feeling malty body that is CLEAN and very easy to drink. The sour yeast used in this beer is full of good flavor, mostly earthy and sour notes. Farmhous ale-ish in many ways. The 7.5% abv. is well-hidden but adds a warming kick.
Every time I go back to Marth's I'm more impressed everytime.
