From a 16 oz. can dated 06/22/21. Sampled July 2, 2021.
Attractive looking pour with its medium amber tone under a quick lived off-white head. Moderate clarity. Some chill haze perhaps.
The aroma is most definitely malt forward but more specifically a Graham cracker, dark bread crust character with a hint of clove or coriander as a bonus.
Light-medium mouthfeel.
The flavor is sweet and malty with that previously noted clove and coriander giving it a slight herbal bite at the end. Mild bitterness. Not bad.

Sampled at the Granite State Brewers Fest. Slightly hazy deep amber color smallish off white head. Rich caramelized sugars lightly bready maltiness. Faint floral hops barely keep the malt at bay. Pretty good light bock.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub, this maibock had a medium yellow golden colour. A bit of yeasty head stays the way. Above average mouthfull, chewy reallly. A tad of yeast in the aroma.Tettnang hops and 28 IBU, though bitterness right there. Enjoyed with the brewer, this was refreshing and a meal in itself.
