Pours a highly opaque reddish amber color with a smallish short lived off white head. The aroma is sweet with lots of bready caramel malt and a hint of Belgian yeasty phenols. The flavor is sweet caramel with hints of chocolate, a bit of clove and bready malt with just enough yeasty phenols to make it a Belgian style brew. Medium to thick body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet almost syrupy mouthfeel. Nice brew a bit sweet but very flavorful and hides its abv incredibly.
