Pours a lightly hazy medium golden color with a creamy long lasting white head. Aroma's of apple and pomme fruits with a spicy yeasty lightly bready sweet malty aroma. The flavor is lightly malty and sweet with hints of honey and pears and apples. There's a heavy yeasty fruity flavor that disagrees with my palette, but that is more an issue on my end than how this beer is made. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet almost silky mouthfeel. Decent brew, not my mug of beer, but well made.
