Welcome to Alpine was brewed in collaboration with legendary father-son duo, and founders of the original Alpine Brewing, Pat and Shawn Mcilhenny. The beer is a bold, fruity, and dank West Coast Double IPA featuring Nectaron, an exciting new hop variety out of New Zealand, and then supercharged using a brand new hop product called Incognito from Haas Farms. The result is an explosive aroma and flavor profile of candied pineapple, passionfruit, and mandarin orange rind with a base of Golden Promise malt that lends a gentle sweetness in the finish.
