Nose, not super potent or impressive, more prominent in Galaxy and Strata aspects. But Mosaic dankness and berries powers through on the taste. Plenty of bitterness, approaching their descriptor of "old school", but honestly I'd like a bit more for my palate and preferences. Could use a bit more carbonation, pretty light/thin bodied.
Definitely an enjoyable WCIPA in a sea of far too many average hazies. Will definitely repeat, but would love if they'd sub out Galaxy with Simcoe.
