Strata has become one of our favorite hops over the last few years. It boasts bright notes of berry, tropical fruit and dank. And who better to brew a big double dry-hopped West Coast Double IPA with than our good friends @artifexbrewingcompany? The result is an explosive fruity and dank aroma layered onto a simple canvas of 2-row barley and dextrose to allow the hops to take center stage.
