Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Affligem chalice. Modest aroma of cereal and green herbs. Taste is grainy with a bit of astringency in the finish. There is a hint of green melon to start, but it devolves into a dark barky taste. Scratchy bitterish aftertaste is not much to my liking. This is decent and beery but a little on the coarse side. Kind of hot, even. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's Brewing. Cryptic stamp on the bottom.
