Copenhagen 16/12 2025. 44 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. Grey can with what looks like the porthole of a washing machine.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head- Stable, Settles as a thin patch of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairy intense with a sweet malty and roasted odor mingling with a strong strange sour and vinegary scent. Dark roasted malts, whiff of alcohol. Cocoa and chocolate. Tart berries and vinegar.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and a little sharp with a sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is tart and dry,
Russian Imperial Stout jamming with a Lambic like sourness.

A good beer, with all that is required of a product of this style. The cereals he carries give subtleties to both the aroma and the mouth. It's a good beer. I just found it lacking a little density in the water.

On can at Las Buenas Pulgas., served in a balloon glass. Black color, medium beige head with short retention, dense lacing. Aroma begins with coffee, as it warms, chocolate and specially licorice comes up. Notes of nuts in the background. Full body, creamy texture, good carbonation. Sweet finish. Taste follows the aroma, adding caramel notes. Good, even if the fact that it is canned is noticeable.

De Decervecitas. En copa Mahou Barrica. Jugando a Spiderman. RIS dulzona, achocolatada, y algo tostada. No está nada mal, ni se sube mucho a la cabeza, pero tampoco llega a ser algo especialmente memorable
