Resinous, dry, clean, and, above all, bitter. That's what the beer gods commanded the craft beer pioneers on the American West Coast, and that's what we replicate in this IPA with Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade. Amen.

Frederiksberg 30/9 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits soon overpowered by a tart sourish bitterness. Peach and apricots. Tart citrus and tangerine.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter yet juicy. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Quite a slice of Spanish sunshine for a Danish autumn afternoon.
