Copenhagen 4/2 2026. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard. White can with a peculiar clock showing that we are just in time for a hazy pale ale.
Very foamy upon opening. Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a huge white head. Settles as an uneven layer of foxily big bubbles of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity and floral sweet odor mingling with citrus fruit. Peach and a scent of roses. Pineapple. Tart lemon and grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a prominent citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine and rather intense Pale Ale.
