Please allow me to introduce you to my insignificant other, who happens to be a Cherry Wheat Ale LOL! This is a fruit forward wheat ale achieved by adding 135 lbs. of Dark Sweet Cherry Purée during secondary fermentation. This allows the beer to finish out it's final stages of activity with the fruit to accomplish a balance of fruit and ale flavor.
