A 750ml corked and capped bottle, 2023 vintage, bottled on 5th November 2023. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy apricot orange colour, with a one finger white head that had pretty good retention, and eventually settled to a nice thin but fluffy cap, while leaving some nice lacing.
Aroma: Juicy, tart, plums, orange, oak, with some light funk.
Taste: Sour, tart, juicy, plum, citrus, orange, grapefruit zesty, with light notes of oak and funk.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with soft to moderate carbonation.
Overall: Refreshing with good aroma and flavours. Lots of plum but also a citrus bomb with a good amount of orange and grapefruit zest.

2022 bottle. Cloudy golden sunset.
This is very juicy/fruity. Nose has fou/stonefruit vibes. Tastes similar. I’d guess stone fruit over Mirabelle. A bit tart. Grapefruit citrus. This is impressive. Best Mirabelle lambic I’ve had.
