Medium: On tap at the brewery, snifter glass.
Opacity: Opaque like milk.
Color: White beige.
Head: Creamy 2 finger.
Legs: Strong but not much swirl reaction.
Smell: Nutmeg/Cinnamon/Milk.
Taste: Walnuts/Coffee/Chocolate.
Feel: Slightly roasted/Lactose/Red ale spices.
Body: Medium creamy and milky.
Carbonation: Soft crisp.
Overall: Good quality white stout. This is mostly a desert, glass decorated with nutmeg and cinnamon, like a bloody ceasar, and a heavy lactose feel. Unfortunately not very flavorful, nor interesting, by itself without the fluff.
