Copenhagen 26/1 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé. Drawing of very weird skate zone on the can. including a juicy sausage and a white glove on skateboard.
Pours opaque, milky, hazy yellow with a mid.sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of exotic fruit mingling with stronger citric notes. Light touch of alcohol. Melon and peach. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, creamy yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is quite intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Well balanced and smooth. Quite pleasant Indian Pale Ale. And very nice indeed to see a red sausage handling a skateboard competently.
