Copenhagen 22/1 2022. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Cartoonish drawing of a huge purple Alien riding a minuscule hovercraft and smiling with very pointy teeth.
Pours opaque, haz, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of fluffy foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly sugared odor of tropical fruits. Brings a Milkshake to mind. More subdued Citric notes. Strawberry milkshake, peach and mango. White sugar. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Quite sweet and a bit Milkshake-ish.
