Medium body and smooth in mouthfeel, this easy drinking NEIPA is ripe with juicy notes of citrus, grapefruit, and a little bit of pine. It's double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops as well as some Citra and Columbus for heightened hop aroma and flavor.

Fueled with Nelson Sauvin, Columbus and Citra hops, Third Eye brewers try their hand at the haze.
Hazy but off-turbid, Nirvana or Bust takes us on a fruit filled journey that starts with a cloudy golden orange hue and fluffy white froth. It all leads to a vibrant scent of branch ripe tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit, vinous fruits and berry. Stepping into sweetness, a combination of malt and cereal grain provide a creamy and smooth candied upstart. As the hop flavors pull from floral scent and provide a fruit cocktail of orange, mango, apricot, red grapefruit, passionfruit, gooseberry and pineapple, the taste then tightens into a bittersweet finish of citrus peel, lemon verbena, sun tea, fresh spruce and peppery herbs akin to hemp.
If it’s not the destination but the journey that matters most, Third Eye’s hoppy trip might be the best part.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local beer store located just around the corner. It poured a hazy smoothie orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had dank tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with slight bitter pineapple and tangerine presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Can from the brewery.
Milky pale gold color with a finger thick white head, fair retention.
Aroma of tropical fruit and orange.
Taste is very much fruit forward with a bold hop note kicking in mid plate and a lingering bitterness in the finish.
Medium to full body with a creamy, almost stout like, mouthfeel.
Nice one!

Pours opaque gold with a finger of white froth reducing to a bubbly ring leaving soapy lacing in its trail. Smell is orange juice, citrus rind and bitter hop. Taste is pineapple/tropical fruit on the front with tart citrus undertone and some bitter hop in the distance but honestly, the bitterness is very well subdued by this recipe. Feel is a fresh blended smoothie. Love this beer.
