This recipe by Gerad Miller was among the finalists in the 2021 Bloatarian League Beer and Sweat Homebrew Competition. It features Kohatu and Galaxy hops which blend to provide tons of tropical fruit, pine, and overall fresh aromas and flavors. The soft NEIPA base balances it all to perfection.

A gift from @jzeilinger thanks as alway. Pours a very hazy milky yellow with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.5
Aroma is passionfruit, pineapple, tangerine, and apricot. 4.25
Taste follows passionfruit, pineapple, tangerine, and apricot. 4.25
Mouthfeel is medium, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 6.7% easy going down. 4.25
Overall this is a very nice NEIPA. Would recommend for sure. 4.25

A - Opaque dark golden tan color with sticky
S - Lots of tropical fruit presence with a spicy pineapple fruit rind accent.
T - Peach, citrus, pineapple, spicy fruit rind with slight peppery nuances. Finishes balanced and at the very end swirls between juicy and citrus bitterness. Overall flavor is very fruity and has a really nice lingering spicy fruit rind resin that settles on the palate.
M - Soft, pillowy texture that's a little bit chewy
O - This is a really fantastic "under the radar" IPA. Seek this one out.
