We used over 60% German wheat for this beer. Unlike a traditional Hefeweizen that focuses on the banana and clove balance, we went in a different direction. Our Hefe emphasizes the banana esters of the style with minimal clove. Lightly hopped, fruity, refreshing, and perfect for all the seasons.

Poured out of a 12 oz. can into my weizen glass, this beer ours a this beer draws a fairly clear, just cloudy/hazy medium light color with a nice white head that’s about an thick inch thick when first poured but that dissipates very quickly to practically nothing. Aromas of some bready malts, wheat, banana and a hint of clove, and a slight touch of bubblegum. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready malts and wheat, followed by a nice bit of banana along with a hint of clove and a slight touch of bubblegum. A very nice flavor profile. Has a crisp, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish, And the flavors that are present to linger nicely on my palate for a while after each sip.
