The seasons are changing, and our spruce tip Red IPA will surely warm you up as the days get shorter and nights get colder. Fresh spruce tips, in combination with Chinook, Cascade, and Columbus hops meld gracefully with the rich, lightly toasted malt flavor. Pours a dark amber almost Coca Cola brown with a thick khaki head that lingers and leaves a lot of lace
Smell has so much pine it’s almost like a Christmas tree
Taste is also heavy on the pine with just enough malt to keep it balanced
Feel is crisp and nicely carbonated
Really like this beer. Reminds me of Nosferatu but not quite as dank
