Medium bodied, with a crisp, dry finish, hopped with Zuper Saazer and Grungeist, imparting a big floral and slightly herbal aroma.

This unfiltered Pils pours a slightly hazy gold with a nice frothy white head....love the aroma...vibrant...very floral and fresh..lemon notes in abundance as well.

Things take a turn to a bit of an odd/unique flavor...soft maltiness....crackery maltines but a bit of an interesting hop flavor...has some of the spicy and floral notes but also a slightly tart fruit rind impression...

Has a medium body and the tartness on the finish....nothing off with this...just some interesting new era hops used is my guess. Zuper Saazer, and Grungiest. I see Vienna malt is used but it must be light as this has no toasty notes.

Boy this started out great with the aroma but for me the flavor and finish on this drops the score.

Pale gold in color with a fingernail of dishwater white around the rim and covering half of the top. The aroma is of faintly grassy German hops. I’m tasting those grassy German hops and delicate sourdough malt. The mouth is light, crisp, and refreshing.

Very good head production; nice retention and lacing. Body has just a touch of chill or haze, but you can very easily read through it, even in thicker portions of the glass. Lively.

Nose is very bright and fresh; crisp comes to mind. Citrus, honey, grass, pine needles. Light biscuit. A walk through a forest sprinkled with flowers; wonderful.

Similar on the palate: crisp, lively, very smooth. Fairly surprising amount of citrus, layered on top of light biscuit and very mild amounts of honey. Modest tannins and tea, straw and hay. Low to low-moderate bitterness, but very balanced, with no off flavors or untoward malt sweetness.

This is an excellent take on a pilsner!
