An IPA the way we love it: fruity & light! The Barbe Rouge hop gives the beer its unique signature: notes of berries and citrus.

Light yellow colour with a haze. White head, fairly low, persistent, nice lacing.
Strong hoppy, floral and fruity aroma with pleasant herbal notes.
Taste: balance of malty sweetness and light sour notes and hoppy bitterness. The bitterness gently comes to the fore in the finish.
Medium carbonation. Very smooth, soft, almost velvety texture. Medium to full body. Medium-long aftertaste with a dry, bitter finish.

Pours a cloudy, deep golden coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of doughy malt and citrus, tropical, berry hops, with notes of orange, mango and strawberry. Taste is a great balance of doughy malt and fruity, slighty herbal hops, with citrus, tropical and strong berry notes of orange, mango, redcurrant, strawberry and raspberry, as well as just a hint of lemongrass. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some grapefruit, strawberry and raspberry lingering in the aftertaste. Smootj mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
While the hop profile is a little mellow here overall, this still shows off the Barbe Rouge hops quite nicely, with those red berry notes standing out against the lighter citrus and tropical notes. I also really like that herbal lemongrass accents here, along with mere hints of mellow spice. Overall, this makes for a pleasant IPA with an interesting, somewhat unusual flavor profile thanks to the Barbe Rouge hops.
