Straw yellow colour with a slight cloudiness. White, high and fairly persistent head. It sticks gently to the glass.
Sour, lemony and floral aroma.
Sour and spicy (sharp, scratchy) taste. There is definitely lime and chilli here.
Medium carbonation. Almost smooth texture. Medium body. Long sour aftertaste, with a delicate "scratchy" throat feel from the pepper.
